The 46ft x 13 ft lodge has a minimum of 50mm of polyurethane in between 2 layers of 6mm moisture resistant MDF walls, both internal and external

However, the site at Long Ash Park Threshfield where it is situated adds 15% +VAT to my asking price. They call this their handling charge.

This adds around £9,293 + VAT to my real asking price.

This additional fee can be totally waived if the lodge is moved off site.

The charge for moving the lodge off site is only £500. I can assist in this if required.
